DATA OPERATION


TYPES OF DATA IN MICROSOFT EXCEL:
1. Numerical data is data in the form of constanta, includ  numerical data are numbers, formulas, functions,  date,  and  the data clock. Numerical data can be characterized by  flattening the text flush right on the cell.
2. Character data/string is data in the form of a data label or  name. Including data characters are letters and letters  combined with figures. Character data can be characterized by  a flat text alignment left in the cell.

Fill Handle
Fill the handle is one of the facilities on Ms. Excel is used to create the data sequentially and copy data or formulas automatically, either on a column or row.
Examples of the use of the fill handle:
Creating sequential numbering1. Type the number 1 in cell A1.
2. Type the number 2 in cell A2.
3. Block of both the cell in A1 and A2 from the top.
4. Hover the pointer on the lower right corner of the block (the    small black dot) until a plus sign (+).
5. Drag the mouse downwards until the desired number.


Note:
Fill Handle for typing the month, day, and combined data do not have to fill out two consecutive cells.
